Always keep yourself calm and don't worry much about the past. Always people think about their failures, and no one is ready to count their blessings and success. Success or happiness is the intermediate thing in everyone's lives. It will pass quickly. For example, if you won a football match, happiness lives shortly after that you start to think about the next day's events. This is a common phenomenon among human beings.
How to overcome past failures which keep on triggering in your mind. Don't get anxious. Anxiousness is always linked to the attachment. That attachment brings all sorrows. For example, if you participate in a competition you always think from the beginning you have to win the competition which leads to losing your confidence and performance and you will become sad if you don't win the match.
