Only to me...

Often we have Only to me thought processes in our minds.  Out of 95% of people come across these symptoms.  This symptom drags a man to depression and loneliness at the end of the day he slowly converts to a slave of his negative thoughts. He never remembers or recalls the good achievement and happiest days of his life.

Here I am going to give a few tips to come out from the Me Only thoughts.

First, you should have a bird's' eye view of the situation scenario and detach yourself from the problem.  Remember that the issue is happening not only to us everyone is facing the problem. You have to accept the failures don't try to prove that you are correct.  Have the eagle mindset, whenever the rain comes eagle sours towards the cloud and moves beyond that.

Don't share your emotions with all here you don't have a market for your emotions it is an interesting story and gossip to others.  Moreover, everyone has their own problem no one has time to listen seriously except a few.  If the situation doesn't in your favor try to look for  change.

Take a break and plan for travel.  Meet different groups of people with collective interests.  Start to learn new things for a diversion.  Start to accept other belief systems and thought processes but no need to follow and no need to defend.  Start to listen to good music and give your full attention to move away from the problems.

Break down your issues and why the issue happened to you. Nothing you can change the past and not you can predict the future try to live in the present and think about how to solve issues from 10 to 1 in the priority of lower to higher. It will give you a sense of fulfillment.  Don't try to arrest your feelings and emotions. Take it easy and go with the flow. It is very difficult. If you become a slave of your emotions you will end up with health issues.

We need a sound body and sound mind to resolve or overcome the issue.  First, you have to prepare yourself psychologically. If someone ill-treats you try to come out of the place.  Find a good mentor and follow his advice, and try to read books.

In the world problems are not new, it is only new to you. All problems have it is own solutions it is only you and me to find them. Work hard, become excel in your field.

Your happiness automatically follows you, and your worries and problems start to fade away

Casteism In Christianity is a bad servant.

The caste system fostered the idea of untouchability.  Casteism is a social evil that has plagued India for centuries. It is a system of social stratification that divides people into different groups based on their birth. This system has been used to justify discrimination and oppression against certain groups of people. The Christian faith teaches that all people are created equal in the eyes of God and that we should love our neighbors as ourselves. Discrimination based on caste is therefore incompatible with Christian teachings. Casteism is not only a problem for the Christian faith but for all of humanity. It is a violation of human rights and dignity.  The United Nations has recognized caste-based discrimination as a form of discrimination that needs to be addressed 1 .  The Indian Constitution also prohibits discrimination based on caste 2 . The Bible teaches that all people are created in the image of God and that we should treat others as we would like to be trea...
